An appetizer extraordinaire—sliders with delicious sliced steak stepping in for baby burgers. Diced and sautéed onions/peppers with melted white American cheese bring out the "Flavor" in these mini masterpieces.

1 Tbsp | Olive Oil |
As Needed | Kosher salt and black pepper |
6 ea. | Slices American cheese |
1 ea. | Yellow onion, diced |
1 ea. | Green pepper, diced |
12 ea. | Slider rolls |
Step 1: Heat oven to 350° F.
Step 2: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak, about one minute per side, then shred and set aside.
Step 3: In the same skillet, heat olive oil over medium and saute the pepper and onion with a sprinkle of salt and pepper until tender.
Step 4: While the peppers and onions are cooking, separate the bottoms and tops from the slider rolls.
Step 5: Transfer bottom halves to a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread mayo evenly across them.
Step 6: Add steak, onions and peppers then layer american cheese slices and place the top halves over the rolls and cover with tin foil.
Step 7: Bake for 10 minutes then remove foil and cook for another 10 until the cheese has fully melted.
