Step 1: Place soft baguette onto a clean worksurface.
Step 2: Spread sweet & spicy Korean slaw down the center of the baguette.
Step 3: Place one Hillshire Farm® Jalapeno & Cheddar Skinless Smoked Sausage on top of the sweet & spicy Korean slaw.
Step 4: Place cucumber slices down the side of the entire sausage.
Step 5: Drizzle the entire sausage with sriracha ketchup and ginger mustard.
Step 6: Top with freshly picked cilantro.
Step 7: Serve as needed.
Korean Slaw
Step 1: Place a stainless bowl onto a clean worksurface.
Step 2: Place both cabbages, green onion, carrot and red bell pepper into the stainless bowl.
Step 3: Using a separate bowl, add the rice vinegar, gochujang, oil, garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
Step 4: Whisk all ingredients together to well combined.
Step 5: Pour over cabbage mixture.
Step 6: Toss to coat and sprinkle sesame seeds over top of slaw.
Step 7: Serve as needed.
Sriracha Ketchup
Step 1: Place a stainless bowl onto a clean worksurface.
Step 2: Place all ingredients into the stainless bowl.
Step 3: Whisk all ingredients together to well combined.
Step 4: Serve as needed.
